Also incorporated is a beautiful new Scandinavian built Sauna, state of the art sunbeds and recently renovated Squash/Racquet ball courts and Toning Tables.

Weight Loss in North West England
This is me and how I looked. I wasn't exactly a good advertisement for our gym in St Helens. I looked in the mirror and a rather larger than life reflection stared back. My answer wasn't to eat a packet of biscuits or starve on lettuce leaves. And the answer never comes overnight!
Six months it took me and I'm 5 STONES LIGHTER! I didn't starve myself and I DO eat the dreaded "C" word... CHOCOLATE! And to top it all my chronic asthma has all but disappeared completely! So I look good and feel good.
I work out a couple of times a week, in an environment that DOESN'T entertain spandex and lycra leotards. You too can feel at ease and ready to get yourselves looking good this year.
Lets not hear the classic excuses:
- "I'll start my diet Monday"
- "When the kids go back to school, I'll come"
- "No-one goes to the gym at our age"
- "Lets just get Christmas or the holidays out of the way first"
Don't Regret it later by not starting today, it's never too late to get fit!!! Your body deserves it!
